ASTM D3575 Foam Test Methods

ASTM D3575 outlines 13 tests for determining some of the most significant properties of flexible, closed-cell cushioning materials made from olefin polymers or blends containing olefin polymers (including ETHAFOAM™ polyethylene foam). It is the accepted industry standard for determining the properties of polyethylene foams, and it is the test method used to determine the product and design data for the published property tables for ETHAFOAM. All 13 properties are listed below.
