Sewing Division
We have been sewing fire-block and dress covers for the airline seating industry for the past 10 years. We can work from sample, print, Auto-Cad drawing or we can create the patterns or design in-house. The sewing division is broken down into 2 areas: fire-
blocking and dress covers. These areas are supplied by a 50 foot long hi-speed cutting table that is capable of cutting over 500 ready to sew patterns per day. We have the ability to cut and sew fabric, fire-block, ultra-leather, and leather to your specifications. The most economical way to have your cushions arrive at your door is fully dressed and ready to install.
