Plastazote Anti-Static & Conductive Foam
Conductive materials from the Azote product ranges are formulated with a specialcarbon black to provide conductive properties. The carbon black is introduced by precompounding(not post impregnation as with some types of conductive foam), and isfully encapsulated in the polymer. Hence the foams are non-sloughing.
All materials are black and available in form of sheets.
Evazote Anti-Static Foam
EVAZOTE closed-cell crosslinked foams are manufactured by a unique process that uses only pure nitrogen gas as the blowing agent. The foams are produced as rectangular sheets having process skins on all surfaces. Physical properties are measured on full thickness (skin/skin) test samples unless otherwise stated. All Zotefoams' materials are easily fabricated and heat moldable, using standard equipment. Additional technical information, advice on handling and storage, as well as fabricating recommendations are available on request.
